Our back bacon is dry cured to a traditional Suffolk recipe going back 100 years and can be ordered smoked or unsmoked. Traditionally back bacon was smoked but it is not necessarily to everyone's liking. Back bacon is from the loin of the pig and is lean compared to streaky.
This is the bacon to have with eggs in the morning or in a sandwich or a butty.
